About the Founder
As a founder of HIBRID digital and communication agency, Elena has over 12 years of professional experience in PR and marketing.

She has over 10 years of experience in the public relations and marketing sector, as well as 5 years in political PR as a media advisor at the European Parliament.

Elena holds degrees in Public Relations and Brand Management & Advertising. She has further expanded her expertise with international certifications in sustainable practices from the University of Leeds, RMIT University, and IESE Business School.

Driven by her commitment to a cleaner and more sustainable environment, Elena actively promotes green initiatives and integrates sustainable strategies into HIBRID’s work.
Since 2025, she has been an ambassador for the European Climate Pact, part of the European Commission.In 2025, she received a nomination for “Woman of the Year” in the “Society” category by Grazia Magazine Bulgaria.
In 2025, she was also nominated for “Nature Activist” by the Bulgarian Biodiversity Foundation.
